  • 8 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 80 g (¼ cup) honey or maple syrup
  • 60 g (⅓ cup) chopped almonds and pecans
  • 50 g (⅓ cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
