Description

This coffee smoothie is creamy, refreshing, and made with banana, coffee, milk, and peanut butter for an easy breakfast or afternoon smoothie.


Ingredients

  • 80 ml cold espresso or brewed coffee
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare your espresso or brewed coffee and let it cool completely before using.
  2. Place the cold coffee, frozen banana, milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and honey into a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
  4. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again for a few seconds.
  5. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

Storage: This smoothie is best served fresh, but can be kept in the fridge for a few hours.
