    Description

    A fresh and healthy green detox smoothie made with spinach, green apple, kiwi, cucumber, banana, and tropical fruits. Quick, creamy, and ready in 5 minutes.


    Ingredients

    • 1 green or yellow kiwi
    • 1 handful of fresh spinach – about 50g
    • 1/4 squeezed lime  or lemon juice
    • 1/2 cup fruits (fresh or frozen) – bananas and or pineapple about 100 g
    • 1 cup Almond milk or Water, coconut water – about 220 – 250 ml
    • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber – about 50 g
    • 1 small piece of fresh ginger root without the skin

    Instructions

    1. Wash the apple, kiwi, spinach, cucumber, and ginger.
    2. Peel the kiwi, banana, and ginger, then chop all the fruits and veggies into small pieces.
    3. Add everything to a high-speed blender with the almond milk, water, or coconut water.
    4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
    5. Taste and adjust the consistency with more liquid if needed.
    6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
