  • 400 g (4 cups) rolled oats – wholemeal flakes
  • 150 g (1 ½ cups) nuts and seeds – almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, flax, chia, sunflower, sesame, etc.
  • 130 g (⅓ cup) vegetable oil – coconut, grape seed, hazelnut, etc.
  • 130 g (⅓ cup) honey – or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a big mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, seeds, oil, honey, and salt.
  3. Stir well with a spoon until all ingredients are coated.
  4. Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
