- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp maple syrup – or honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 ml (1 cup) almond milk
- Ice cubes
Whipped cream
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Place the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a small bowl.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Add the espresso and mix again until fully combined.
