    Description

    Ingredients

    • 1 large ripe banana
    • 120 g (1 cup) strawberries – fresh or frozen
    • 80 g (½ cup) blueberries – fresh or frozen
    • 250 ml (1 cup) milk – or half milk and half yogur

    Instructions

    1. Wash the strawberries and blueberries under cold water, then drain well.

    2. Peel and slice the banana into small chunks for easier blending.

    3. Place the banana, strawberries, blueberries, and milk (or milk + yogurt) into a high-speed blender.

    4. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    5. Taste and adjust the consistency with a little more milk if you prefer it thinner.

    6. Pour into one or two tall glasses and enjoy immediately.
